do pete1233333 : From the website of Cleveland Clinic: « Class III obesity, formerly known as morbid obesity, is a complex chronic disease in which a person has a body mass index (BMI) of 40 or higher or a BMI of 35 or higher and is experiencing obesity-related health conditions. » This guy's BMI is probably below 40, though it's hard to tell for sure. But I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be called a superchub. What would be inaccurate would be to call him slim. But big seems accurate to me. It means fat, and this guy is fat.
